Mark & Shaina KYOTO, JAPAN

“How come I only went here now?”

were the words in my mind as I walked past the autumn trees and traditional wooden houses.

This is my 4th time in Japan but a first in this prefecture. Fourth time meant I was aware enough which exact dates to go to see my most favorite season at its most beautiful :)?

As I recall this lovely day, I was reminded how I’m always blessed with no frill couples (who speak their mind and are totally game!). Imagine being prompt for a 5am calltime, Shaina bearing a 4degree temp as she wore her pink gown for our first location, wardrobe and make up retouches in the car, both of them tolerant enough to wait for the many right timings (cos imagine a world full of people) in their forehead to forehead position, and then there were the planned locations and the spontaneous ones just because a local passerby was nosy enough to point that 1km from where we are lies an underrated temple.

It’s been months since this shoot but those were the memories *cue cliche* that are here to stay!! :D?
PS. Mark is actually a photographer himself soooo hello pressure!!! but more than anything, I’m grateful!!

How about I take you to Kyoto now? 🙂 Enjoy!!
